Quick Tips:

1. Anyone with an active OHSU employee ID number is automatically registered and can be added to a protocol. An individual's "Preferred" first name (rather than Legal name) as registered with OHSU HR is used.
2. Have you taken your CITI training? Final approval cannot be granted in the eIBC system if trainings have expired.

4. How to add a grant - please log into eIBC and create an amendment to add the grant title and the PPQ# to your protocol. Please review all existing information in the protocol to make sure no other changes such as, new work, updates to biosafety cabinet certification dates or personnel changes need to be documented.
